Started out nice and early, we took the tram from our hotel to the centre of the city. Took a bit to figure out the public transit when you can’t pronounce the names of the streets. We walked on cobble street in the Jordan area with the canal on one side and cute front doors on the other.

We checked out the Anne Frank house and statue, wandered around Westerkerk church and market, and visited the smallest cheese shop.

Stopped for a quick bite in Dam square.

We then went to the Albert Cuyp market. Bought a ton of cheese and had the best fries covered in truffle mayo. We took the bus most of the way back to the hotel then tried to get a cab. The cab driver wouldn’t take us as he said it was right there, him and I have two difference idea of right there. It was 2.7 km walk. I nearly died but I made it.
