Today started off a bit slower, we found how to mail a package home so instead of trying to fit the souvenirs in our suitcase and pack them from country to country. We will send a box home each country.
Reg checked out their weather report and in addition to the weather they give a detailed breakdown of the pollution in the air every day.

We drove 30 minutes south east of our Air B&B to Ouderwater. We had a nice lunch and a strong cup of coffee in the center market. They are very dog friendly here, if you bring your dog with you they get a bowl of water and a cookie.

We took a 45 minute canal tour, we chose to skip the one in Amsterdam as this was a smaller boat, only 12 people and $22 Euros cheaper. It was such a beautiful way to see all the old buildings. Our guild said that having lots of glass windows in your house ment you were rich as you paid more taxes for more windows. If you didn’t pay your taxes your windows were boarded up so everyone in town would know you didn’t have as much money as you said.

These bikes were made by a major motorcycle manufacturer in Germany founded in 1917 in Nuremberg. Originally they made detonators for WW1 and 2 years later they switch to building motorcycles.

On our way home we saw a field with several swans.

The garden in our Air B&B is coming alive more and more each day.
