Last day on the island and it turned out to be a beautiful day. We spent the morning walking down the pedestrian shopping area and Reg did some souvenir shopping. I found it amusing to see groups of guys in full leathers going in and out of stores, carrying their coffee and bags while they wondered from one TT souvenir shop to the next. I can say Reg did his best to help their economy. I had a hard time getting everything packed, I’ll definitely have to send at least one more parcel home. After lunch we went back out to the Black Dub Pub for the VIP viewing area. The weather cooperated and we had an amazing night. I think Reg may have filled up his phone with videos.

We also got to see the side car racing which I think takes on a whole new leave of insanity. The person in the sidecar flings themselves back and forth to keep the bike on the ground and able to take the corners sharper.
We also met Carl Cox, he is a famous DJ from the UK. He gets paid between $40,000 – 70,000 a performance. Wouldn’t that be nice for a couple days work.

He’s one of the sponsors for the event but at a net worth of 16 million you can afford to sponsor something you love.
