Here’s a missed picture from the Isle of Man. Reg met him while shopping. He has never missed a race since he started coming over 30 years ago.

We also saw this man enjoying life. He was driving around the promenade with the music blasting playing the song “Life in the fast lane” . He was grinning from ear to ear.

Once again picking up a car from the airport was not without an adventure.We got the car and then went to our hotel to pick up our luggage. We got lost trying to get to the hotel and had to drive through a parking lot to get back to the right road We had to pay 6 pounds to get out, picked up our luggage then had to go through the same parking lot and pay another 6 pounds. We had to have messed up somewhere as I can’t see every time you leave your hotel you pay that.

We are now in staying in a little town called Braco. Our air B&B is nice and roomy. We have a washing machine and a full kitchen. We even have a fireplace for the cold damp evenings.

We got groceries, did some laundry and settled in as we will be staying here for just over 2 weeks.
