We walked down to our local coffee shop between rain shows. I wanted 1 more Tiramisu coffee and Reg wanted to try the ice tea. While having our coffee we got chatting with a local couple that had the sweetest golden retriever. He was a retired guide dog so extremely well behaved. They were interested in our travels and offered to show us some of the local lookouts and landscapes. We followed them in our car and saw epic views, a deer and her 2 babies and a beautiful view of the Wallace Monument. Still hard to get used to not being able to see someone coming around the corner but not having enough room for both cars so one car has to back up to a small pull out spot. Sometimes there is only an inch between the two mirrors but it seems to work. They also gave us travel ideas for Inverness area. There is a spot an hour from Inverness that you can often view the dolphins. The salmon have to cross in this spot so the dolphins hang out looking for an easy meal. We spent the rest of the day dealing with the Air B&B help department about the mouse issue. They had great difficulties understanding how hard it is to get an actual picture of a live mouse. We sent pictures of the droppings under the cupboard but the want a picture of the mouse. Finally one of the mice got caught in the trap so I was able to send a picture of the dead mouse.

Tomorrow we will be packing up and going out to the Riverhouse for supper to celebrate our anniversary. Can’t believe it’s been 28 years. I also can’t believe Kyla is going to be 27 and Jayden 24. Where did the time go? We pack up and head to Inverness on Sunday.
