Just outside of Inverness is a dairy that makes a variety of cheeses. They have been an organic dairy for over 20 years. We tried several cheeses as well as some of their all natural salami.

On site they have a few vending machines that you can purchase cheese, crackers ect after hours.. The coolest thing they have is a self serve milk dispenser. You buy a reusable glass milk jug, you can choose a flavoring from their wall and add it to your milk.They have flavoring such as raspberry white chocolate, salted Carmel or unique ones like blueberry muffin or toffee apple. It is such creamy milk and so fresh tasting. If we had one at home I’d definitely be buying my milk from them all the time.
