We met our friends in Athens and flew to Skiathos. The first day we were here a local told us it was the hottest day since 2008 they have had.
The first day we went down to the beach and had a drink in a beach front bar. The water is so blue, it takes your breath away or it might have been the plus 40 degree weather -not sure.

The next day we took a boat trip to the Islands where mamma Mia was filmed. Our boat captain was part of the security team for the movie. We travel to several coves, did some snorkeling, tried sea urchin and our captain made us lunch on the boat.

Today we did a little shopping and had lunch along the ocean and came back to pack up. We head to Skopelos tomorrow.
